How to support Third functional currency?

HI, I would like to use USD as Third functional currency in a region. It looks like The 3rd currency is a reporting currency only, it can be used and seen in reports.We are wondering, how can we introduce 3rd currency into below scenario:APP - Manage Material ValuationsMB5B;MB51 Most of the blog is talking feature available in CE1911, do we have latest information about this third currency in CE2005 or later CE2008? Thanks.
