Configuration apps relevant for asset accounting can be found here : https://support.sap.com/content/dam/SAAP/Sol_Pack/Library/General/S4CLD2005_SSCUI_List_EN_XX.xlsm

filter the list on application subarea Asset accounting. configuration group 500309 in the app configure your solution is the equivalent of ORFA in ECC.
