How to maintain multiple email recipients in dunning

Please advise if it possible to maintain multiple email address in 'Clerk Internet Address" in Customer (Fin.Accounting) roles in business partner maintenance. This is for the purpose of sending customer statement and dunning letter to multiple recipients.

Hello,

The default email address of the recipient is set by the business application. The business application decides the source of this email address.

For example, for dunning it is read from a master data "Clerk Internet Address". Output Control uses this email address always as TO address. You can't

define this address as CC or BCC. Currently, only one email address is possible.

Output Control offers the Email Recipient determination step (within Output Parameter Determination) to individually configure multiple email addresses and their usage (TO, CC, BCC).

It's available for all applications in Output Parameter Determination and allows you to:

● Define the usage of the default email address as TO, CC, or BCC.

● Use the default email address and additional email addresses for one recipient

The same can be seen in the Setting Up Output Management (1LQ), under 4.2 Setting Up Email -> 4.2.5 Determining Email Recipients.

Hi all,

Now It's also possible to mix the sources of email addresses for recipients for dunning.

If a Default Email Address constant is set for one of the email recipient roles in OPD, for example for TO, then the dunning letter will be sent according to the application logic to the email address maintained in the Clerk Internet Address field on the Correspondence tab and the CC, BCC addresses as maintained in OPD.
