Enter Sales SA forecast via EDI sending Purchase SA forecast in one syetem

Hello everyone, I have met a problem in a intercompany business process. In purchase company, I have released a schedule line and want send the message via EDI, in sales company, I want to receive the message via EDI to form sales forecast. So I want to know if I can achieve the function via EDI in a one cloud system and how to achieve it? Note: Now I find a error message when I send outbound message, the system mentioned a webservice error:Web service processing error; more details in the web service error log on provider side.
