We have a case where the customer sells products that are packed conform customer specs (special type of pallets, number of boxes on a pallets, number of units in a box) For now it is , at my knowledge, not possible to have customer specific packing instructions and also store these items in the 3PL warehouse according to the customer specs. What is a workable workaround?
