SAP Credit Management - Migrate relationship cat. TUKMSB0

Dear SAP gurus,

is it anyhow possible to migrate relationships of business partners?

E.g. our customer would like to migrate the relationship category "TUKMSB0 in credit management is managed by" for each single customer.
