One support launchpad

Dear Team,

As we are going to raise an incident from One support launchpad but we are not able to find app which is report an incident from our customer S-user ID so how we can solve this problem kindly guide on same.

Note-Before this we have raised incident from same ID but now days we are facing problem that we are not able to find app.
