Do you have any idea about how to handle budget check for cost center for cross year maintenance?
Our fiscal year period is 1st Apr XX to 31st Mar YY. Our scenario is PO to be raised for 1 year maintenance which starts from July'20 to Jun'21, example cost is $12,000 for 12 months period.
We have loaded budget for current fiscal year only, hence for 9 months allocated $9,000 only.
If we want to issue PO for 1 year, how to handle this case by considering year end subsequent activities?
