Credit Check is 'Not Performed' against sales order type CBFD

Hi folks,

This query was raised with me earlier in the week - I have added the answer here in the community in case our community users have similar queries relating to the credit check activation at sales document type level. Question: "When I check the Credit Check status for a sales document of type CBFD, the credit status is, 'Not Performed'".
