default field values during creation of BPs

I've read that S4 on-prem has something called "Parameter IDs" whereby a user can store default field values to make data entry easier and faster. I could be wrong, but I don't think the exact same thing exists in S/4HANA Cloud. Instead, S4HC has something called "Default Values" which are found in a user's Settings. S4HC Default Values makes available a small subset of fields for which users can define default values for certain areas of the system.

Is there a way to set default values to be used when creating new Business Partners within the Maintain Business Partner app?

For example, if it were possible, I would default the following when setting up new Customers: Language, Customer.Pric.Procedure, Shipping Conditions, Incoterm Version, Incoterms, and Reconciliation Acct.

Interestingly, Currency does default in for me, although I don't know where it has been set.

When setting up a new Supplier I would default: Order currency (does not default in as it does during Customer set up), GR-Based Inv.Verif, Check Double Invoice, and Reconciliation Acct.

Is the only place for an S4HC user to set default field values found under Settings and Default Values? Or is there another place to do this in S4HC?
