Creating PIRS with reference to SOP

Dear all,

Do you know if all functionalities regarding the SOP ( Sales and operation planning) are active in S/4 HANA Cloud? I haven't been able to find anything else than the possibility to create a Sales Plan, what is not enough to fulfill my customer requirements. I can't even find the way to create "product groups".

Any help would be really appreciated,
