Hi Elizabeth,
For the journal entries which are not yet posted (Rejected, Pending for workflow approval etc.) select the entry from the Verify journal entry app for requester and you can navigate to the app 'Post journal entries for verification' --> click on Edit and delete it from there.
For such journal entry pending for approval, once deleted it will show the status as Deleted in the app - Verify journal entry for requester.

Hi Elizabeth,
You can edit the journal entries only with status Rejected, Workflow pending, Failed. Journal entries with status posted, submitted and approved can not be edited.
In short you can edit the JEs with status in color red only. green color status can not be changed anymore.

Hello anshu.dixit2,
When I click on a journal entry that has the status 'Submitted' and on Post General Journal Entries (For Verification), I don't see the Edit button. Do I need a special role other than 'General Ledger - Submit Journal Entries for Verification'?
Thank you
Elizabeth
