General Journal Entry workflow] - Worflow Order

Hi there,

When trying to adjusting the order of the workflows for journals, it just looks at the first workflow rule and ignores the others? 

Kindly advise how do we set this up correctly?

Hello tapillay16,

Request you to check below;

- Preconditions are maintained as per requirement so that system automatically selects the right WF.

- Other WFs are in active state.

Just for an example;

Suppose there are two workflows WF1 and WF2

WF1 --> Precondition

WF2 --> Precondition

Then if the document is created for company code XYZ then system will automatically takes WF1, else if CC is ABC then WF2.
