Order Confirmations posted via Ariba network is not reflected in S4HC Purchase order

Purchase Order confirmations are successfully sent/posted from Ariba network for services however they are not reflected in S4HC - purchase order

with reference to the documentation. Currently, it is supported create purchase order confirmations for lean services.
