#COE How to add text type in S4HC

Hello SAP experts,

We want to add a text type on customer master data and sales document header. But I find we can only use existing text type on configuration ID 101289, it seems we cannot add a new text type.

Please tell me if we can add custom text types on customer master data and sales documents? If not, is it a expert configuration?
