Hi all,

Is it possible to create an email notification when a PR is assigned to a different Purchasing Group with "Redistribute Workload" app?

If yes, it's possible to send a notification only for a predefined Purchasing Groups list?

Hello Gali,

Currently the app Redistribute Workload only allows the reassignment of purchasing group for one or multiple documents, but you can use SSCUI 102888 (Manage Conditions to Restart Flexible Workflow) and enable the purchasing group as one condition which retriggers workflow and notification as well.

It is not possible to send notification to pre-defined list, may be you can explore more with responsibility management by choosing valid option for your business.
