Hello, 

Is it possible to record users activity (update, delete ) on S/4 Hana cloud for security?

Hi Priyank,

With S/4HANA Cloud you can do authorization trace for a business user using the Fiori app "Authorization Trace"

The app only works for 1 business user to check right authorizations. It is mainly use for identity management to verify the right authorization. So based on your use case, maybe this could help.

Now there is no way today to track overall user activity, there are apps that show changes to understand who perform the activity but really depend on the app (e.g. in Sales Orders you have the "Display Document Changes").
