i have multiple structures as part of the main Structures,I know we have to create a deep insert to insert data in db,but is it possible to do the same with map to data source or is it mandatory to write the abap code in the extension class?
As far as I know mapping cannot create code for deep inserts.
As a general suggestion, I would suggest you to start coding different operations and not reply on mapping so as to help you in most practical scenarios.
