One of our customer/partner expressed a reporting requirement in an ATP context :
Our customer wants an overview of sales order items with the requested delivery date and committed delivery dates. We have ATP rules in place, we run a BOP run each night (...) and want to have an overview of changed delivery dates each morning to be able to inform our customers.
Currently we don't know how to inform our customers of changed dates.
=> Basically I understand a request to send to end customers everyday a report with SO and related requested dates vs dates the delivery will happen, so the commercial relationship gains in transparency and end customer can swiftly react in case of disagreement.
Can you please help on this request, is this possible the partner to develop such a report?
