Test Automation Tool is not provisioned

I'm currently exploring the Manage Your Test Processes and related app, but I receive error message "Test Automation Tool is not provisioned". This might be because of the fact that we have a Partner Demo System. Is there any possibility to have an automation tool assigned to our instance?
