Test Automation Tool is not provisioned

I'm currently exploring the Manage Your Test Processes and related app, but I receive error message "Test Automation Tool is not provisioned". This might be because of the fact that we have a Partner Demo System. Is there any possibility to have an automation tool assigned to our instance?

Test Automation Tool is accessible only on Q-System. Test tool will not be available on Starter and P-system. This is included in the following note.
