Workflow for PR

Dear Team,

I have requirement workflow for PR which is having below customer requirement which i have maintained in table could you please explain me how i have to do it,i have mapped it but due to only value is greater than condition this workflow is triggered twice to same person for specially 2 row scenario

EX -1.) If PR value is 11 lakh PR first goes to Prabal

1.1) Secondly it goes to nikhil and again goes to prabal this is an issue.

2) If PR once approved after some time can i dereleased it if yes what are steps

Condition PR Value Approver 1 Approver 2

1 - 10 Lakh Prabal OR Manish OR Menon

Greter than 10 Lakh and less than 50 Lakh Nikhil Prabal OR Manish OR Menon

Greater than 50 Lakh and less than 2 Crores Nikhil Manish OR Menon

Greater than 2 Crores Nikhil Verma OR Namdeo
