Workflow for PR

Dear Team,

I have requirement workflow for PR which is having below customer requirement which i have maintained in table could you please explain me how i have to do it,i have mapped it but due to only value is greater than condition this workflow is triggered twice to same person for specially 2 row scenario

EX -1.) If PR value is 11 lakh PR first goes to Prabal

1.1) Secondly it goes to nikhil and again goes to prabal this is an issue.

2) If PR once approved after some time can i dereleased it if yes what are steps

Condition PR Value Approver 1 Approver 2

1 - 10 Lakh Prabal OR Manish OR Menon

Greter than 10 Lakh and less than 50 Lakh Nikhil Prabal OR Manish OR Menon

Greater than 50 Lakh and less than 2 Crores Nikhil Manish OR Menon

Greater than 2 Crores Nikhil Verma OR Namdeo

If possible try do send screen shot so that i can able to understand clearly

Dear Manish,

Assuming that you are trying to setup the workflow for PR's on line item level you can use the below conditions.

You can use the App 'Manage Teams & Responsibilities - Procurement' App to create Teams as per the requirement. If this does not fulfill your requirement, you can create 'Functions' & assign it to Users in your team.

Start Conditions. (will be blank as I do not see any restrictions for workflow to start)

Step Sequence can be..

Name Recipients Step Conditions

Till 10 lakh Team 1 One of the Recipient -

Till 50 lakh Nikhil/Team 1 One of the Recipient Net amount of PR greater than 10 lakh

Till 2 Crores Nikhil/Team 2 One of the Recipient Net amount of PR greater than 50 lakh

Above 2 Crores Nikhil/Team 3 One of the Recipient Net amount of PR greater than 2 Crores

You can choose the option, One of the Recipient or All of them as per your need.

Dear Prajyot,

For point 1) In the Manage Teams & Responsibilities - Procurement App is only used to create Teams and assign members to the Team. The value based trigerring is configured in the workflow App.

For point 2) Please share the screenshot of the workflow configured.

For Point 3) Please see the attached doc. Please also explore Functions under 'Manage your solution'

Dear Anup,

1) Thanks for your support, bur here we are going to configure the workflow for Overall release of PR. Now as in my case i am not able to set these configuration in Manage Teams & Responsibilities - Procurement because that app now allows us criteria for Value based triggering

2) Here due to my 2 case scenario i have tried to match above criteria the workflow for 11 lakh goes to repeat twice to same person which is not expected i am sending you screen shot please have look into it.

3) If possible try to send screen shot how i can do it in workflow for PR itself

Dear Manish,

I had a look at the requirement document & this cannot be achieved with the standard customizing options. You can try using 'Agent Determination BAdI'.

But please keep in mind, that you will not be able to delete a step even using this BAdI.

Please note that the Agent Determination BAdI is only open to determine Users for a particular step. You cannot manipulate if the step should be determined or not.

So my proposal would be, that use this BAdI to replace the duplicate User in the last step with 'WFL_ADMIN' User.

1) Thanks for your support, As i have already configured Manage Teams & Responsibilities - Procurement App but this is not satisfies my requirement.

2) For point no 2 i am going to share word file which i have configured the workflow i have explain in that everything.

3) I am exploring the document which you have shared me lets see how these will help me to do workflow as per customer requirement.
