Data Migration of Timesheets for customer projects.

Dear Community, 

I have a customer who has a requirement to migrate timesheets in conjunction with the customer project migration. 

There doesn't appear to be currently a data migration tool to migrate timesheet objects. 

I am keen to understand whether any other customer has had this requirement?  If yes, then what solution options were available to them?

Hi virginia.tambourin,

Indeed we do not have timesheet as a migration object, so migration of time entries as such is currently not possible.

Alternatively, you can explore App Enter Activity Allocation or API Create Allocation Posting to upload already posted hours. However, depending on contract type, there are different recommendations on how to migrate projects and respective cost postings.
