Change number range for purchase order

Hello together,

I want to change the number range for the purchase order (Type UB) (ID:102909).

But If I change the number range from 45 to 47 i get an error  message (Enter valid document type). 

What I must do that I can change the number range?

We don't need the ext. number range how i can delet it?

Hello David,

Using the SSCUI 102909 you cannot change the internal/external number range for the SAP standard provided default document types, you can only perform this activity for the custom document types created by your business.

Hi David,

In cloud solution, currently there is no SSCUI available to which number range can be maintained/changed for any purchasing documents like PR, PO and contracts.

You will have to go for expert configuration, this request should be coordinated with your PE/CEE/CSM (Product Expert, Customer Engagement Executive, or Customer Success Manager).

Creation of new billing type is not allowed in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. However you can create new number range using SSCUI 102819 and assign it using BADI Flexible Billing Document Numbering under business context ' Sales Billing Document'
