Settlement periods on billing invoice

Dear Community,

i am wondering if it is possible to get the "settlement period" and / or the "settlement start & end date" of the service contract billing plan item to the billing invoice?

It is a legal requirement to print these dates on the billing form.

If this is not possible, what is your recommended workaround here? Is it possible to create an custom field which can be transferred to the invoice via copying control?

Hello Omar,

as far as I know, this information is not available in the invoice.

Moreover, the creation of customer fields is not a good workaround. Take into account that system generates a Billing Document Request and afterward the Billing document. There is not any option to customize the copy control between SC1 contract- BDR - Invoice.

My understanding is that you only need to print it. I never designed print form but I guess that you could adapt the form template SDBIL_CI_STANDARD_US. I'd check if you have some option to get the previous document in the output form.
