Missing Custom fields (1911)


Hi all,

this query was raised with me earlier today. I have added the answer here in the community in case our community users have similar queries

Question: After 1911 upgrade, I realized that all our custom fields are gone in the Service Order. We are unable to see any custom fields in the app "Manage Service Orders", and we are unable to insert the custom fields in the Service Order while adapting the UI.
