How can i add products / nodes to a Hierarchy in the new 1911 App Manage Product Hierarchies ?

Hello SAP S/4HANA Cloud Community

I work in Product Support for S4HANA Cloud and id like to share questions i receive through incidents with the Cloud Community as i think it would be beneficial to share the information

Question : How can i add products / nodes to a Hierarchy in the new 1911 App Manage Product Hierarchies ? ?

The Add Node popup shows no entries or the message "No matching items found"
