Request for Quotation from Subcontracting requisition

Hello,

Is it possible to convert the subcontracting requisition to Request for Quotation. I know, this is possible in GUI transaction through ME41 if the document type is correctly maintained to item category and with purchase requisition document type.

With similar configuration under Supper quotation Process thread, system is giving error "RFQ cannot be created for the item category assigned to Purchase Requsition."

Hello Rajanikanta,

Have you maintained the configuration in the SSCUI 102909?

Check the item categories allowed, then select the item category and check whether you have combination of PR with item category defined.
