regarding the configuration of the workflow. I have the requirement to send notification to an email address during workflow process. Therefore, i set up the workflow based on the user. For each user there is a related email address (i can see it in maintain business user), but I am not receiving any email. In fact i am just receiving the notification on cloud system. Is there any way to receive email regarding approval workflow?
e.g. a purchase requisition has to be approved -> recipient user CBXXXXXX -> Email sent to the related address + notification on cloud system -> the user see the email, log on on Cloud and approve the request.
