How to print a cash receipt

Hello community

When processing a cash receipt when using app "Posting a cash journal entries", the print "receipt" function does not work. There is an error message that the output parameter FI_CASHJOURNAL_RECEIPT is not available. Does anyone know why I cannot print a receipt?

Hi

can I suggest to go to Output determination app and review the output rules maintained for the cash receipt: check what you have under output type, receiver, channel, printer, form and output relevant. Do you have all the entries maintained for the object FI_CASH_JOURNAL_RECEIPT?

if yes and you don't see an apparent error in the Output, then I can only suggest to go for a ticket under FI-BL-PT, which is the component for this.
