I activated the 1KC - Advanced Resource Management on our partner demo tenant, but since then no resources can be found to staff work packages for customer projects. Even if I create a new employee for that company with the right cost center, and also with enough availability. I also checked the Resource Management for Projects app, but no staffed hours and free hours show up.
Before adding the 1KC scoping item, I already created a customer project, staffed it, wrote hours on it and also billed it. Therefore, the Resource Management for Projects app should give some results there as well.
Are there any further steps I should perform after the activation of 1KC scoping item to resolve this problem or could this problem be caused by something else?
