#COE How to use a field to judge the status of Confirmation: GOOD/BAD/NOT DONE

Hello Community,

When the maintenance engineer completes the repair and confirms the jobs, is there a field can be used to record the status of the opearation of the maintenance order?

There are three states: Good, Bad, and Not Done. How to distinguish these three states in confirmation screen?
