Output parameter determination cannot select determination step "Printer Setting" in Q system.

Dear friends,

When I maintain output parameter determination for outbound delivery printing, I can not select determination step "Printer Setting" in Q system.

The figure below is the settings that can be selected in the Q system.

The figure below is the settings that can be selected in the S system.

Could you please tell me how can I solve the above situation?

Hi Jessica,

I suspect the reason could be some inconsistency in your Q system output settings. You may report an incident in component XX-S4C-OPR-SRV so that cloud operations team can look into the issue.

You can refer to SAP note 2248229 (SAP S/4HANA output management - BRFplus files) and mention the sap note in your incident as well.
