Output parameter determination cannot select determination step "Printer Setting" in Q system.

Dear friends,

When I maintain output parameter determination for outbound delivery printing, I can not select determination step "Printer Setting" in Q system.

The figure below is the settings that can be selected in the Q system.

The figure below is the settings that can be selected in the S system.

Could you please tell me how can I solve the above situation?
