Hi everyone
When i post a revenue document, we didn't assign cost center to the revenue account, also ,we didn't assign default function area to the GL account master data,
After posting, when we check the finance document, the revenue account has default function area"YB99",
I want to know the logic of this function area assignment,
Whether can this be cancel?
In general, there is a substitution active in Cloud: If the functional area is not maintained in any of above situations described by you , then default value YB99 is filled. This substitution is not available as SSCUI, but in fact is active in Cloud. In order to have other functional area there are following options:
1. Maintain functional area in G/L account master data
2. Manually maintain functional area when applicable
3. Expert configuration to change of YB99 in substitution. (This is not standard customizing, it needs to be processed via your Customer Engagement Executive and raise a Customer Request)
