Wrong creation date for material is shown in app

The creation date of the material is not shown correctly. In the app "display material" you can go to the "all changes area and see that the actual creation date of this material was on the same date but at another time. Multiple materials have this issue

The time field was introduced in the database table and in the Manage Product Master app in CE 1908.

All products created before CE 1908 upgrade will not have creation time (stored as 00:00:00 UTC in the database), hence the time shown in the Manage Product Master app is the local time of UTC 00:00:00.

The UTC time shown in Display Material app change logs is the valid time.
