#COE How can I access to "Utilization Analysis" APP

Hi Community,

I can't search or find Utilization Analysis APP in my system.

I find this APP relevant business catalog is Project Management-Project Analysis(SAP_PSP_BC_PRJ_ANALYZE_PC). So I check this catalog, but there is only 2 APP consist of it. The one is Margin Analysis, the other is Project Staffing Analysis. I didn't find Utilization Analysis in it.

And In Incident 2707730, it is written: Utilization Analysis is cannot be found in the Fiori Launchpad via search bar. So I want to know how can I find this APP in which Group of Home page.

    Hi Ming Zhang

First of all, Utilization Analysis is not a Fiori App. Its Scope item "Utilization Analysis (BGJ)". As per the scope item description "Utilization Analysis is a guide on using custom CDS view and CDS query." Hence, You couldn't find it by searching in the "Search Bar".

You can search for this scope item using a Fiori App " Manage Your Solution --> View Solution scope" and search for BGJ.

    Thank You,

    Vijay

    • Hi ViKris,

I have look through Scope item "Utilization Analysis (BGJ)". The first part is Create Custom Analytical Query and Tile, the second part is Utilization Analysis. So would I create a CDS view first, and then use this new APP to utilization analysis?

      Thanks.

Hi Ming Zhang , In short, Yes. You have to create a custom analytical query with CDS views before using them in the Fiori app.

    Thanks,

    Vijay
