This is not possible neither foreseen in cloud. Storing files in application server not possible, some reasons: data in file system not protected by roles and authorizations, not encrypted, not controlled by protection rules, no lifecycle compliance to manage retention, deletions, obsolet data, blocking data, etc.
DMEE files can be downloaded from payment media app. Other solutions as Multi Bank Connectivity offer required control and security compliance.
