Lock entry

Dear Team,

while doing transition for PO i have create PO and further i am doing GRN so system is showing lock entry for PO so how to unlock it as like on premise like SM12

kindly suggest on same

    Hi Prajyot,

    Is it saying PO is locked by a user? If so it might just be that you or someone else was using PO. If it is your user, I would suggest to make sure to close all tabs and log out and log back onto system.
