S4 Hana Cloud has slow response

Hi Experts,

May I check your opinions and advice why S4 Hana Cloud is very slow in terms of response? Especially when trying to generate standard reports, it took more than 6 to 10 seconds everytime. We use different cloud products as well, However, we feel it is slow.

Is there anyway we could improve on this regards?

If you believe that the performance of certain apps are not up to the benchmark standards, then the official way to report performance issues would be to conduct a network trace. Depending on the browser you are using the tools you would use differ. In case you are using Google Chrome for instance below is SAP note that explains how to take a HAR trace. Thereafter, you may open an incident at SAP for analysis.
