Hi Prakash

A file / image can be uploaded to a document in the app Create Document or Change Document

( https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('CV01N')/S18 )

in the Create Maintenance Order App now , on the documents tab its possible to include this document to the Work Order.

Unfortunately in the App "Job List" , the image / file attached to the work order isnt included in the output pdf generated.

Please submit a feature request outlined in the KBA https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2840635 if you would like for this feature to be added
