Background job for download query

Hi, Experts,

We have some query in S4 HANA Cloud sys.

we don't want to manually execute query then download data ,

is it possible to set background job with fixed filter then download query data?

I am not sure, if I get your problem statement right, but here is what I understood:

you have a certain activities that you want to run at certain time during the day and this needs to be scheduled. If this is your ask then I would urge you to review the app: Application Jobs

OR if your ask is to download a query like a custom report from an API/Custom CDS view that you have already prepared in your S4 system and you need them to be in a reporting format, then we have this via S/4HANA Cloud Integration with Microsoft Excel

but the downside I can think of is you cannot schedule this.

This is probably where Cloud Platform Integration(middleware becomes handy) to call this service( via OData call) and output this into a CSV file in scheduled fashion. This will definitely help suffice your need if not with the previous two options I highlighted.
