Hello,
I have a resoruce that is working on one project all year long. I do not want that resource to enter it's time on a daily basis. Ideally something like a mass upload.
I'm thankful for any solutions/ideas.
Regards,
Robin
Hi robinkoeppen,
Currently, there is no mass upload functionality available, nor does it seem to be planned for the near future. However, please do keep an eye on our product roadmap for official updates on planned functionalities.
As ferasbasha3 described, the standard approach in such cases is to use API Manage Workforce Timesheet.
Kind regards,
Ana

Hey, still no function for mass upload for time recording in S4HC? Anyone aware of any new feature since last communication here?
Thanks
Raphael

Hello robinkoeppen ,
The standard approach for mass maintaining timesheet recordings would be to leverage the workforce timesheet API:
https://api.sap.com/api/API_MANAGE_WORKFORCE_TIMESHEET/resource
You could use an API dev tool like Postman or develop your customer solution on the SAP Cloud Platform.
Hope this clarifies,
Thank you,
Feras

Hi ccsmith,
Unfortunately, I was not yet able to get a confirmation from the SuccessFactors side.
However, to link a home project to an employee in SuccessFactors, we would firstly need to replicate the WBS elements from S/4HANA Cloud to SuccessFactors. Looking at the standard integration scenario with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (JB1), I don't see the option of replicating WBS elements available. Based on the Best Practices, I would say that the home project assignment is not supported.
Kind regards,
Ana
