Config for allocation structure

Hey Folks,

Can anyone help me where can i find the settings for allocation structure. Any app where we can see and edit the allocation structure for settlement of internal projects?

I searched the SSCUI reference list and SAP Help (https://help.sap.com/viewer/2dfa044a255f49e89a3050daf3c61c11/1902.500/en-US/d67436582f4c45499e9c243284a60b2e.html) but it looks like there is no configuration available for the settlement profile and allocation structure.

The standard settlement process for maintance orders is covered in Period-End Closing - Maintenance Orders (BF7).

While you cannot create a settlement profile, I did find a way to change the existing allocation structures. Open app labeled "Create Overhead Allocation Cycles:. Start the creation of a new cycle. You will not need to save this cycle, so the name can be anything you want. Click "execute". On the next screen click "Attach Segment". Fill in a segment name and description. Fill in the allocation structure field with an existing allocation structure Y1 and press . Look to the right of the allocation structure field and you should now see a pencil. Click that and now you can change the details of any allocation structure.
