Tax classification for bundle treatment

Hello all,

We are implementing S4Cloud & are facing an issue in tax determination. In our requirement specific for healthcare, we have 2 different products with 2 different VAT rates for Germany. However, when the 2 products are sold together, we are allowed to invoice both of the products at the same (lowest) VAT rate.

Is there any way to pick this up in Cloud? Traditionally we would take a userexit or Badi for this, but in the available Badi's I found no usable fields to impact tax determination.

Best regards,
Ewout

Hi Ewout,

That's a tough one. A few potential approaches come to mind you could check.

1. Could any of the custom requirement/logic SSCUIs like

102430 - Set Alternative Calculation of Condition Amount

102627 - Define Requirement in Pricing help?

2. Is it something that can be modified during copy control with 102762 - Copying Control: Sales Document to Billing Document?

3. Could the combination of the two products be considered a new product (that has the lower tax rate)

4. Could condition exclusions (102134) be used to get the required effect?
