API - Purchase Order – Send Status Update Notification - Outbound Services

Please, has anyone used the Purchase Order API - Send Status Update Notification?

I download the WSDL but the URL is empty. How do I set the URL in the case of the Outbound Services API?

The inbound API has this address: https://myXXXXX-api.s4hana.ondemand.com/sap/bc/srt/scs_ext/sap/mmpur_purchaseorderrequest_in?sap-client=100

Now the API outbound shows me: ( Path: /notification ) ( Service URL: https://myXXXXXX.s4hana.ondemand.com:443/notification).

I need to run this API to return the requests that were created by the API Inbound.
