S/4 HANA Cloud Renumber G/L Accounts App:Not Uses Accounts

Dear,

We are preparing COA Mapping reference the following document,

I couldn't really understand "Not Uses" flag.

After Go-Live,If we will need to use some accounts that we have marked as "Not Uses",

Can we remove "Posting Block Flag" and transport to the production system?
