Associated Data Sources have many language description

Hello ,experts,

When I use I_ProductDescription as Associated Data Sources, there are many language description in CDS View I_ProductDescription,

How can I set filter lanugage key = "E" directly in Associated Data Sources "I_ProductDescription"?

Hi Joanna,

In the filter tab, select the field with Language and from 'session variables' pick System Language. This should help you over come your issue.

Please find the attached screenshot for reference using the example "I__ProductDescription".

Can you create CDS view based on I_ProductDescription, set your filter in this one and then use this in your association?

But when "I__ProductDescription" as Associated Data Sources, not Primary data source,

it seems I can not select the field from "I__ProductDescription" in the filters.
