Output management in payment requests

Hello,

Using app "Manage automatic payments", you can configure the system in order to generate output items in each payment, as I show below:

My question is: is this option available for applications where the system generates a payment request? i.e. app "Make bank transfers" and "Process Free Form Payments".

I do not see anything similar in the system.
