What is the rule of calculation of the accrual in the condition rebate

Dear all

I asked to SAP but still have no answer. They give backend configuration ( impossible on the cloud)

For accrual ( REA1), what is the calculation rule behind that give the amount of accrual posted? ( for exemple for 2%)

Does anyone has this information?
