"Establishing connection to Test Automation Service failed" Message is getting while doing "Test Your Processes" automation

We are getting a message "Establishing connection to Test Automation Service failed" , while doing "Test Your Processes" automation with each scope item. Even we maintained proper user roles & authorizations. What could be the reasons and how to resolve it.
