Listing other users in co-pilot chat

Hi there,

how can we display other participants in chat window within co-pilot by their first and second name ? Currently it is displayed user name, but user name itself is used for authentication with SCI. therefore it is a number and as a result in chat we see list of numbers and can't really utilize it with other users

I checked the roadmap for CoPilot at https://www.sap.com/uk/products/roadmaps.html#pdf-asset=6aca593c-087d-0010-87a3-c30de2ffd8ff&page=1 and attached the document also

It doesnt mention distribution groups but for 1902 / 1905 their should be some intregration with MS Teams and Slack.

Thanks - it's probably just me being stupid - but other than the 'support skills' section, I couldn't find any easy documentation about what skills are available out of the box - or is that just because there isn't much else yet, and it's all about building these yourself? just looking at use cases at the moment, so trying to understand what can be done...

As a related topic - it would also be really useful if you could create 'distribution groups' for CoPilot - for example where you want to collaborate across a team.

a) is this possible currently?

b) if not, is it on the roadmap?

Hi Slawek,

I just glanced at our instance of CoPilot and we don't have the same username view that you're describing ours is listed by first name and last name and email.

You might look in your CoPilot tenant settings to see if your SAML Assertion Attributes are populated, here are ours below.
